Message	If you're doing it with Woody's instructions, you have to cut the 90 degree elbow at the point of the bend, which will leave you with a straight flange for a hose to hooked on. The metal one, just remove the screw, heat the base of the pipe where it inserts into the valve, and use a pair of screwdrivers to turn it to your needs/desires.
